To keep your accounts up to date in Xero, you'll need to continue manually importing missing statement lines - this only takes a few minutes using our importer. We'd love to have a direct connection with Capital One ourselves, which is something we're actively working. Yodlee have let us know that at this time they’re unable to say when, if at all they’ll develop a new bank feed to support your account. Through this investigation we’ve learned that due to the changes made within Capital One online banking your account type is no longer supported by the Capital One Yodlee feed. Yodlee have a relationship with Capital One, and when errors like these occur Yodlee will reach out to the bank directly to investigate why the bank feed is unable to connect. As you're aware, we've been working closely with Yodlee to try and resolve the issue you've been experiencing on the Capital One bank feed.
#Capital one quicken 2017 update
Please see the correct update below: We really appreciate your patience during this investigation. We're aware that some users may have received the incorrect information. Got this update from Xero today: Hi there We recently sent an update regarding the Capital One Bank feed issue. I think given my historical experience with them, if they haven't fixed the credit card thing by the end of the year, I'll transition to another service, as painful as that process is. I often wonder if they've ever heard of UX/UI and designing for their user. In addition, I constantly find myself frustrated with the various ways they find to bury essential settings in very un-obvious places. I pinged them again and received a message saying that there was a bug and it was in queue to be worked on (sound familiar?) I asked that they manually reset the vacation balances as we depended on those being tracked properly and the support staff made it seem like this was a big deal and they were doing me a 1 time favor!!!! A pretty ridiculous attitude for a fundamental flaw in your software. I started a ticket with them and didn't hear back.
At the start of the calendar year the vacation balances were supposed to reset. As another example, we use Xero for payroll. Please advise.Īlan, I completely agree with your sentiment! We went with Xero because it's cheap, but at some point, if you can't handle/fix a simple credit card import issue, and can't be bothered to update people who are affected with anything more than "we're working on it", you start to wonder whether it's really worth the discount to go with Xero. Get Bank Feeds button on account (entered user/pw I use here: ) Xero then stays on the "Connecting to Bank" screen for about 30 seconds before throwing this error: Could not connect to your bank: There was a problem connecting to Capital One (US) - Credit Card. They generated a pin that we tried for the feed, and we entered the password from the web login. We copied and pasted our username and password which is successfully logging into this web URL: For reference, this is the specific Spark credit card we have: Called Capital One and they troubleshot with me for a half hour. Captial One says the pin codes for 360 accounts are different than their Business Spark accounts, AND there's a difference between Spark Business Credit and Spark Business Checking.
#Capital one quicken 2017 code
The first one asks for a pin code or 360 code, the other asks for a password. We added an account using the both of these feed options, but can't get feed login to work: Capital One (Spark Business) - Bank Capital One (US) - Credit Card Neither of those feed options will accept our credentials. We're also unable to get our Capital One Spark Business Credit Card added for automatic transaction feed downloads.
